Considering where to host your web site?  Believe it or not, it really does matter. Like many other providers, StowePMG can host your e-commerce solution.  To be perfectly honest, no provider is the perfect place for every customer.  Please let us explain:

StowePMG currently has several servers and T-1 broadband access.  We host web and e-commerce sites from $25.00 to more than $500.00 per month, depending on the traffic and system complexity.   We offer secure transactions through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure your customer's privacy while using their credit cards or internet checks.

Larger e-commerce web sites require the ability to handle unlimited amounts of traffic.  As StowePMG grows, we will be adding additional servers and broadband capacity.  These items are very expensive and require constant funding.  We manage our company to prevent the need for outside investment capital and to ensure we never become a casualty of the markets.   To ensure we will be here when our customers need us, we invest in new equipment and technology at the same pace we acquire new customers who need it.  We simply grow slower and match the needs of our customers.

Should your site be too complex or large for our existing equipment, we will be truthful and recommend the best solution to fit your needs.  Our business will grow only if we make intelligent decisions for each of our customers and strive to meet every one of their needs.

With or without a web site or computer program, StowePMG specializes in data.  Using Microsoft Access 2000®, Microsoft SQL Server 2000®, and Oracle 8i® we offer a comprehensive database design and development service to assist our customers who have no need to specialize in databases or database management.  In some cases, StowePMG may host your database on our servers to help you control your costs.

Please note that the use of these databases on your own systems may require you to purchase the Microsoft Access 2000®, Microsoft SQL Server 2000®, or Oracle 8i®.  Use of SQL Server 2000 or Oracle 8i® may also require your company to purchase a server for use soley by the Oracle^TM database.

A major difference between simple web sites and e-commerce solutions is data.  Other web site companies have existed on return business generated by web maintenance costs associated with changes to web pages or modification of data.  At StowePMG, we build data-driven dynamic web sites that you can maintain yourself if you choose.

Our web sites are designed to be dynamic.  This means that as you enter new products or services into your site, they automatically generate new pages when your customers call on them.  You won't be paying $125.00 or more per hour to keep up with your new products, prices, or services.  Your site will dynamically change to the data you maintain on your administration web page.
